Enjoy the little things in life, because one day you will look back and realize they were the big things.
Meet Josh and Tammy Crossman
At age 3, Caleb was diagnosed with Autism. Like many other families who have shared in this same experience, there was an initial flood of emotions when we first learned of his diagnosis - scared, anxiety-filled, and frightened for what the future might hold for Caleb. As with most of the other challenges presented to all of us at times in life, we threw ourselves into being much more educated and knowledgeable on the past, present, and future state(s).

Our goal was to help and support Caleb and all children and their families to lead happy, fulfilled lives, in the face of Autism. We believe that all children should have the opportunity to be able to communicate with the people around them and wanted to help along with trained practitioners to give these children and their loved ones that voice.

In doing so, we were instrumental in helping a team of special ladies with a dream to form a "school." Project Brilliance was established in 2015 as an ABA Therapy Company committed to providing the best quality, ethical, and most innovative ABA Therapy to children on the Autism Spectrum and with related disabilities. Project Brilliance now has four locations across the State of Florida.

Noah and Sophia have attended The Benjamin School in North Palm Beach, FL, since they were three-year-olds. Tammy and I have devoted our time, resources, and treasure to The Benjamin School since they arrived in 2011. We served as Co-Chairs of The BASH Gala in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. We also chaired the Annual Fund for their children's respective grade levels. In addition, Tammy has served for many years in various formal capacities for the Benjamin Parents Association.
